The only plausible solution for now is to manually stop the import and start it again. Unfortunately, this error cannot be programmatically detected, as it happens within Atlassian’s systemsThis issue can also occur when the import is executed by a scheduler, so you may need to monitor scheduled imports and restart them if necessary.
The issue is tracked under ECO-516, and Atlassian is working on a fix. Until then, please use the restart workaround as needed.
