AI Ticket Summary - TLS 1.0 Storage account deprecation

Why this change is required

Microsoft is deprecating TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 for Azure Storage accounts.
After 3 February 2026, Azure Storage will only support TLS 1.2 or later.

To avoid service disruptions, you should update your storage accounts to use TLS 1.2.

Step-by-Step Guide (Azure Portal)

1. Find the Account Storage resource whitin your Azure Managed app (AI Ticket Summary) resource group
   
   

   Open

   

   Storage Account resource

    

2. Check for the minimum TLS version
   
   

   Open

   

   Storage Account properties

3. Open the Configuration page by clicking the version (or open the page under the Settings tab in the left panel)

4. Change the version to 1.2

4. Save the changes
